Kaye has been working in the cleaning industry for 30 years, experiencing all aspects of the industry. Her knowledge of the Company's requirements for reporting of the financial, administrative, managerial and operational structure of the business is extensive. Kaye is a member of the BSCAA Executive Committee and has certification as a VTAB accredited Workplace Trainer. She is a registered WorkCover Rehabilitation Coordinator and an Auditor for Quality Management Systems AS/NZS ISO.

Director of the national facilities group GJK Facility services, George actively participates in industry associations with his current roles as Director of Service Alliance Group (SAG), as Committee Member of the Facilities Management Association of Australia (FMA), Membership Liaison Officer for the Building Services Contractors Association of Australia (BSCAA) and Executive Committee Member of the Greek Australian Council. GJK Facility Services currently has a workforce of over 500 in Victoria and, through their National Alliance, in excess of 3,000.
As an existing FMA Victorian Committee member with a previous responsibility for membership, and now advocacy, George is continually passionate about engaging existing members and attracting new members to the associations from all aspects of the industry.
George is also a strong supporter and advocate of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Royal Children's Hospital.
