About Us
Commencing as an Association in 2002 and evolving into a company limited by guarantee in 2005, the Service Alliance Group is an alliance of specialist companies, providing tailored service solutions in cleaning and related service areas.
The Service Alliance Group's aim is to be a multi-service facilitator for its Members that can successfully compete nationally and locally as a group with a common service culture in quality, processes and procedures, cost effectiveness and client service focus.
Our Members, located in all States of Australia, are selected on the basis of their experience, quality approach to service provision, geographic coverage and capabilities.
For each project a Prime Project Member is chosen, based on their capacity and capability to oversee and project-manage on behalf of all participating Members. This selection of the Prime is also based on the level of expertise, risk management and contractual compliance that best meets the needs of the client's service outcome.
The Prime Project Member is the contractual signatory for the project on behalf of the members and the one point of contact. A Scope of Works Service Agreement forms the legal contract and link between the Prime and the other participating Members.
